Flick has acquired 4 more surfboards to mosaic, now it's time to decide what the next mosaic is. Check out this potential design Flick is exploring of a whale shark! She is currently figuring out how to create the pattern of a whale shark out of glass tiles! 

One of Flick's favorite animals. Flick is currently in the process of creating a 20" circle mosaic with 5 sea turtles swimming across it. The border and sea turtles have been placed, now just for blue swirls and sand, can't wait to see how this one turns out.

Check out one of Flick's most recent sketches. 6 months without mosaic materials = lots of time to draw and work on ideas and drawing skills. 

Flick has 6 or maybe 10 mosaics in progress. Most of them are just in the early stages with a completed border and an animal draw in, but very few other tiles placed. Hopefully she'll have time to get working on these between shifts at her day job!

A couple people commented on a recent Tiktok that Flick should create a Chicken Joe mosaic surfboard. It probably won't be the next one, and might have to be a commission, but Flick loved the idea and enjoyed sketching out a possible design.
